This week has been challenging to say the least. Be sure to listen to you bodies. Use foam rollers and lacrosse balls often. Get your mobility on if you know what I mean. For those who don't, check out these articles:

Warm-up:       500 meter Row
20 Russian Twist
20 Leg swings
20 Lunges
10 GHD Back Extensions

WOD:            5 Rounds for time:

                      9 Deadlifts of 60% of 1RM
                      9 Box Jumps 24” Box

Warrior WOD:
Give 30 minutes to handstand and hand walking practice.
